She has a keen ability to see both the big picture of school-wide systems and the intricate details that drive day-to-day success. Bethany currently leads efforts in equitable literacy implementation and multilingual learner support—work that she finds both professionally challenging and deeply rewarding. Her passion lies in refining instruction in Reading Foundational Skills that promote growth for all students and cause educators to thrive.
